Every organisation is required to appoint a Competent Person to support them with their health and safety duties. Importantly, this person should have the skills, knowledge and experience to recognise hazards and identify sensible controls to protect your teams.

The Retained Service is designed for larger companies or those in their infancy of implementing a Health and Safety Management System. Focusing on building a lasting relationship.

Critically, this service will work directly with your management teams to deliver and maintain health and safety compliance. This allows for consistent support throughout the year in any way you wish to utilise it, whether this is to build upon areas identified in the Gap Analysis or for the delivery of specific projects.

Gap Analysis

The Gap Analysis is designed to take a snapshot of your current situation to give you a detailed insight of what you are doing right and the areas where you need a little more focus and support...

We will work with a designated member of your team to review your policies, assessments, training documents and assessments against a framework. After this, you will receive a document outlining all the findings and recommendations to achieve not only compliance, but good practice too!

We also believe in the importance in getting out and 'go and see' (or GEMBA for you lean thinkers!), so observations will of course be included in your Gap Analysis.

If you decide you need some further support after the Gap Analysis, we can of course support you through our Competent Person or Retained Service.
